Temporary Customer Service Executive
Your role

Handle customer telephone enquiries and provide resolution in daily operations

Support HKT financial services related follow up activities

Follow the pre-set procedures and workflows properly, complete the job in a professional manner

Proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
-
Discharge duty in a positive attitude so that company image can be safeguarded at all times

Carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business needs
To succeed in this role
-
HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Strong with customer services skills, telephone manner and communication skills

Knowledge in computer applications e.g., Internet, Microsoft Office
-
Customer-oriented, Pro-active, willing to learn, able to work independently

5-day work per week
-
Shift duty is required for 8:00 - 00:00 (Monday to Sunday)
