Unit Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a Unit Manager to lead and supervise a dedicated onsite team responsible for the 7x24 operation, maintenance, and enhancement (add-on works) of Audio Visual (AV) systems at Hong Kong International Airport. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on management to ensure reliable system performance and continuous service availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the onsite AV maintenance team supporting 7x24 service operation
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high system availability and minimal downtime
• Plan and oversee add-on works and system enhancements according to operational needs
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex AV issues
• Ensure compliance with service KPIs, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Coordinate shift arrangements and manpower planning to support 7x24 operations
• Act as the key point of contact with client representatives, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare reports, maintenance records, and service documentation
• Coach and develop team members to enhance technical skills and performance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Solid hands-on experience in Audio Visual (AV) systems (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting)
• Proven experience in team leadership, site supervision, or operations management, preferably in 7x24 service environments
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving licence
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a dedicated onsite environment at Hong Kong International Airport
• Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset
