Technical Officer

Job duties:
•    Provide on-site support service not limited to Desktop PC, Monitor, Printer and peripherals
•    Configuration of hardware/software of PC and peripherals
•    Troubleshooting & administration of Computer equipment
Job requirement:
The successful candidate should possess at least the following technical skill/knowledge:
•    At least 3 years solid experience in provisioning and supporting of Intel based PC hardware and peripherals
•    Possess of MCSE/MCP/CCNA would be advantaged
•    Accredited with Vendor certificates are preferred, e.g. HP Service Qualification, Lenovo Authorization Exam
•    Familiarize to identify the problem area by different diagnostics program tools
•    Skill in printer repair and down to component replace, e.g. Fuser, Roller
•    Working experience in relevant organization would be advantaged
•    Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Cantonese, preferably with Putonghua
•    Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
