Solutions Development Manager

Job Description 

• Drive new business development for professional audio-visual solutions across Hong Kong and Macao, focusing on LED display, show control, sophisticated audio, video, AV-over-IP, and integrated control systems.

• Identify, qualify, and develop project opportunities across Hong Kong and Macao in the corporate, commercial, education, hospitality, entertainment, venue, and large-scale facility sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, contractors, venue operators, and technology partners throughout Hong Kong and Macao.

• Develop market-entry and account-growth strategies to expand the company’s AV and LED business across both markets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer requirements, and project pipelines in Hong Kong and Macao to identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• AVIXA CTS Certification is a MUST.

• 10+ years of professional experience in Audio Visual systems (Solution Design/Sales/Project Management) is a strong plus.

• Certified in major industry platforms such as Crestron, Q-SYS, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results within tight project deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/BEng) in a relevant field; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is expected.
