Site Engineer

To Provoide Planning and Service Execution for Infrastructure Engineering Team with a period of 18 months including but not limited to:

Role Overview
Engineer reporting to Technical Manager -  IT Infrastructure Engineering, this role supports daily activities of current VDI Citrix platform and the delivery of the new VDI solution to replace the existing platform, working closely with the Technical Manager to ensure a smooth deployment and migration. It provides advanced technical support, manages escalations, coordinates with vendors and cross‑functional teams, and ensures all activities comply with the Club’s PDLC, security, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with the Technical Manager for new VDI solution project deployment and migration for replacing the existing Citrix VDI services.

2. Be responsible to provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support on the current remote working and Virtual desktop infrastructure platforms [Citrix Netscaler, Virtual Apps / Virtual Desktops, VDI Technology and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop].

3. Handle incident resolutions and complications from service requests.

4. Work with the cross-functional teams for project purpose and ensure Club’s compliance standards are followed.
