Senior Technical Service Officer

Job Scopes

• Proactively fulfills IT service requests and resolves incidents for all VIP staff.

• Provides preparation, rehearsal, and standby support for VIP meetings and video conferences.

• Builds and maintains separate device profiles for VIPs.

Job Reqruirement

- Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service or branch infrastructure support.

- Experience with hardware diagnosis, teller terminals, basic server rack maintenance, and UPS/MCB health checks.

- Must provide on-site support and equipment delivery services, requiring flexibility for travel.

- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

- Working Windows: Mon – Fri, 08:00 - 19:00; Sat, 08:00 - 14:00

- Working Location: Customer Office
