Senior Technical Service Officer

Replacement – Senior Technical Service Officer (Step 1-5) For the eMPF (CAT-B) project in the operation phase: Seto, Mark LS, is a Tier1 network engineer who supporting 7x24 on shift eMPF project in operation phase (CAT-B, cloud infrastructure). According to tender, 7x24 on shift duty is require to protect eMPF private cloud and work at the customer's office. This role is supporting eMPF private cloud infrastructure which rolled out to HK citizen on Jun2024, the eMPF CAT B platform is back to back to PCCW solution (BR ~ $18 Mil / yearly (CAT B portion) This role is also enabling the remote control of eMPF application team and DB team (CAT A) and make them success to develop eMPF application and data migration. We are looking for a qualified individual to replace Seto, Mark LS duty to cover tender requirement.
