Senior Programmer

Job Description:  (Senior Programmer / Software Engineer)

Project Implementation Support:
•  Assist in managing system implementation activities, working closely with the manager (include POC).
•  Actively participate in the full system development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis & design, implementation, testing and system launch.
Expert System Support:
•  Provide expert-level technical support for our Telecom and AI systems (earn professional certificates for enterprise level systems and platforms)
•  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•  Collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including developers, data engineers, security professionals, operations teams (DevOps, DataOps, MLOps), and business unit executives.
•  Work together to identify and implement innovative use cases, and drive the SIT/UAT.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
•  Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including testing cases, maintenance guides, and user guides.
•  Ensure all documentation meets requirements and facilitates knowledge transfer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Windows (workstations and servers), Linux, and configuring networks/security.
• Strong practical experience with any C# ASP.NET, .NET Core, MAUI, and API development for web applications.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or MariaDB.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA) is a plus.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and concepts independently.
• Effective communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken/written).
