Senior Planning Executive

Job scopes

  • Assist in planning and coordinating operational initiatives across HK and GZ call centres
  • Support backend administrative duties and maintain updated documentation for workflows
  • Monitor key performance metrics and contribute insights for improvement strategies
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure service compliance and high standards
  • Help develop planning tools and scheduling models to optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate with management on reporting and planning documents for continuous improvement
  • Occasionally travel to Guangzhou for cross-functional coordination and operations alignment

Job requirements

  • Diploma or above with experience in call centre or customer operations
  • 2–4 years of experience in planning and administrative support in Call Centre Operations
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable interpreting operational data and helping build planning models
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good in in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
