Senior Planning Executive
Job scopes
- Assist in planning and coordinating operational initiatives across HK and GZ call centres
- Support backend administrative duties and maintain updated documentation for workflows
- Monitor key performance metrics and contribute insights for improvement strategies
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure service compliance and high standards
- Help develop planning tools and scheduling models to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with management on reporting and planning documents for continuous improvement
- Occasionally travel to Guangzhou for cross-functional coordination and operations alignment
Job requirements
- Diploma or above with experience in call centre or customer operations
- 2–4 years of experience in planning and administrative support in Call Centre Operations
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Comfortable interpreting operational data and helping build planning models
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good in in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
