Senior Operation Executive
Job scopes
- Assist call centre teams in completing manual procedures
- Prepare and organize ad hoc reports based on customer requests
- Maintain documentation and accurate records of operational tasks
- Support supervisors in implementing process enhancements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational alignment
- Prepare monthly Roster for frontlines
Job requirements
- Diploma or above
- 2-3 years of experience in operation support in call centre environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in call centre or administrative support is a plus
- Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
