Senior Operation Executive

Job scopes

  • Assist call centre teams in completing manual procedures
  • Prepare and organize ad hoc reports based on customer requests
  • Maintain documentation and accurate records of operational tasks
  • Support supervisors in implementing process enhancements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational alignment
  • Prepare monthly Roster for frontlines

Job requirements

  • Diploma or above 
  • 2-3 years of experience in operation support in call centre environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in call centre or administrative support is a plus
  • Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
