Senior Operation Executive

Job scopes

  • Assist Call Centre teams with managing various procedures, including Roster Planning, Incentive Reviews, and Productivity Assessments
  • Prepare and organize ad hoc reports as requested by management and operations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and accurate records of all operational tasks to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Support supervisors in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance overall team performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to foster operational alignment and optimize workflows.
  • Take an active role in reviewing and automating procedures to minimize manual intervention and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and streamline manual processes, implementing innovative solutions to boost productivity and accuracy.

 

Job requirements

  • Diploma or above 
  • 2-3 years of experience in operation support in call centre environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in call centre or administrative support is a plus
  • Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven analytical skills with strong data manipulation abilities, including proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Python/R. Experience in data visualization is highly desirable.
