Planning Executive
Job scopes
- Assist in coordinating team schedules and supporting planning routines
- Maintain records and documentation related to daily operations and procedures
- Track basic performance data and assist in compiling simple reports
- Support Quality Assurance checks by ensuring staff adherence to protocols
- Provide general administrative support to the team functions
- Take part in team alignment activities, including occasional support travel to Guangzhou
Job requirements
- Diploma or vocational training with some customer service or office support experience
- 1–2 years planning experience in call centre
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a plus
