Planning Executive

Job scopes

  • Assist in coordinating team schedules and supporting planning routines
  • Maintain records and documentation related to daily operations and procedures
  • Track basic performance data and assist in compiling simple reports
  • Support Quality Assurance checks by ensuring staff adherence to protocols
  • Provide general administrative support to the team functions
  • Take part in team alignment activities, including occasional support travel to Guangzhou

Job requirements

  • Diploma or vocational training with some customer service or office support experience
  • 1–2 years planning experience in call centre 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a plus
