Marketing Executive
Your Role
- Assist managers in the development and execution of an integrated marketing communications and branding strategy externally and internally
- Work closely with internal teams throughout the organization to understand the business, formulate key messages, and create purposeful and persuasive communications campaigns
- Oversee the delivery of marketing and communications deliverables to ensure brand consistency and coherent messaging across all regions
- Partner with corporate communications extended teams to ensure message alignment in support of China business strategy
- Translate customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape into viable value propositions to drive GTM strategy for various solutions and services
- Collaborate with various teams to create marketing materials such as press releases, presentations, brochures, case studies, videos, and other sales tools
- Organize events and activities including but not limited to customer events and webinars

Data analysis and execution in customer retention campaigns
- Support senior managers in developing speeches, communications, presentations and research materials
To succeed in this role
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications related field
- 3+ years marketing communications and relevant internal communications experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in IT industry in Hong Kong, and/or mainland will be an advantage
- Excellent capability to manage and communicate across a range of stakeholder groups in a timely and professional manner
- Possess strong marketing sense and business acumen, highly dynamic yet detail-minded

Self-motivated with the ability to perform multitasks successfully and operate within budgetary and timeline constraints

Good communications skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
