Manager
Responsibilities:
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Manage day-to-day administration of numerous contractors and outsourced service providers.
- Oversee contractor onboarding, contract creation, renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of all contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor contractor performance against service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractor queries and escalations.
Contract Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies, legal standards, and procurement guidelines.
- Conduct periodic reviews of contractor documentation, insurance, regulatory requirements, and risk compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to contractor management.
Financial & Budget Management
- Collaborate with Finance to track contractor costs, verify invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor contract spending against budgets, forecasts, and approval thresholds.
- Prepare monthly contractor expenditure reports and financial summaries for leadership.
- Analyze cost efficiency and recommend opportunities for cost optimization.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to contractor lifecycle management workflows.
- Work closely with Procurement and Legal teams to improve contract templates and processes.
- Support cross-functional projects requiring contractor coordination or financial governance.
Requirement:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in finance, contract management, vendor management, procurement, or similar.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, procurement processes, and financial controls.
- Experience managing multiple contractors, vendors, or external service providers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and contract management systems (or willingness to learn).
