Manager

Responsibilities:

Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Manage day-to-day administration of numerous contractors and outsourced service providers.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding, contract creation, renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of all contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor contractor performance against service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractor queries and escalations.

Contract Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies, legal standards, and procurement guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of contractor documentation, insurance, regulatory requirements, and risk compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits related to contractor management.

Financial & Budget Management

  • Collaborate with Finance to track contractor costs, verify invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Monitor contract spending against budgets, forecasts, and approval thresholds.
  • Prepare monthly contractor expenditure reports and financial summaries for leadership.
  • Analyze cost efficiency and recommend opportunities for cost optimization.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to contractor lifecycle management workflows.
  • Work closely with Procurement and Legal teams to improve contract templates and processes.
  • Support cross-functional projects requiring contractor coordination or financial governance.

Requirement:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
  • 5  years of experience in finance, contract management, vendor management, procurement, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, procurement processes, and financial controls.
  • Experience managing multiple contractors, vendors, or external service providers.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and contract management systems (or willingness to learn).
