Business Development Manager
Your Role:
• To be responsible for providing service management and support to company’s key commercial customers
• To work with different functional teams on existing project expansion and new business development
• To act as a focal escalation contact point to customers on all commercial issues
• To establish and maintain a close working relationship with internal functional areas and external parties such as service partners related to local and international services/products, service provisioning, billing management, complaint resolution, operations reports, and crisis management
• To monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule and quality
The Person:
• Degree holder or related disciplines with at least 8 years’ working experience
• Solid experience in customer service management role
• Experience in call center industry is an advantage
• Customer-focused, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good skill in PPT and commercial service proposal writing
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
