Assistant Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the System UAT and E2E operation trial-run for eMPF Centres
  • Co-ordinate with KIOSK installation and provide service support
  • Co-ordinate in new centre setup, equipment installation and engage in hiring process for new centre staff
  • Assist in updating audit program and completing audit documentation
  • Prepare regular service audit to ensure centre staff complies with company rules and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare daily administration log sheets and reports
  • Take part in different operational issues in service centres
  • Responsible and schedule for the necessary clerical tasks to be submitted regularly
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks that are assigned by manage

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 3 years or above experience in MPF / Insurance company / Pension / Financial Service
  • Familiar with MPFA Regulatory and SFC Regulatory
  • Excellent English writing skills and reporting
  • Mature, detail-minded and confident with initiative and able to work independently
  • Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • SFC / MPF license holder will be an advantage
