You will be responsible for:

• Promote mobile products (phone / data roaming / SIM card i.e.) and handle contract renewal matters for existing business customers through phone calls, email in a proper manner
• Establish good rapport and relationship with customers, handling their requests and enquiries, and identify potential sales needs
• Committed to improving customer service experience

Location: Kowloon Bay

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 7:00 pm)

Requirements:

• DSE or above with 1 year's sales experience, preferably in IT / Telecommunication industry  
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good communication and analytical skills, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
