Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Campaigns and Hubspot Automation Manager to drive the execution of our global marketing campaigns and marketing automation that lives and breathes Hubspot and all things digital in Marketing. This role will be pivotal in delivering high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives, managing Hubspot comms automation, ensuring Hubspot operational campaign and communications excellence across the globe. You will manage everything from product launches to customer communications, email nurture flows, webinars, surveys, and landing page development, email and landing page templates, playing a key role in scaling our marketing impact and supporting revenue growth globally.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated high impact marketing campaigns including product launches, partner communications, data base engagement campaigns, sales enablement campaigns, cross sell, upsell campaigns and more.
- Manage timelines, creative briefings, copywriting, asset set up and performance tracking and optimizing across various Hubspot channels.
- Constantly innovating and testing to drive better results
- Manage Hubspot campaigns and Linkedin Paid campaign management
- Plan and deliver marketing activities and programs dedicated to the nurturing existing customers to grow the customer lifetime value and product usage
- Understand and map user journeys to support the customer lifecycle management
- Write email and landing page copy, and creating emails, landing pages and forms leveraging the marketing automation templates (Hubspot).
- Track, measure, and report on the campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working cross-functionally to identify gaps and action plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
Customer & Internal Communications
- Develop and manage always-on email communications such as customer newsletters, ecosystem updates, onboarding and welcome series, and internal marketing announcements via Hubspot.
- Support internal alignment through consistent, strategic communication touchpoints and managing companywide customer communications.
Email Nurture Programs
- Design and implement automated multi-touch workflows in HubSpot tailored to customer lifecycle stages including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize workflows based on data insights.
Webinars & Live Video Events
- Manage, plan and run end-to-end process for any live stream events – webinars, fireside chats and live streams on platforms such as BrightTALK, Zoom, and LinkedIn Live.
- Coordinate with speakers, put together best campaign angles, host sessions, and run pre- and post-event promotional and follow-up campaigns.
HubSpot Platform Management
- Serve as the global owner of HubSpot campaign marketing tools, including forms, CTAs, email templates, landing page templates, campaigns, workflows and other comms and marketing automation relation activities.
- Maintain and optimize all templates for scalability and performance tracking.
- Support wider marketing team with best practices on Hubspot campaign execution including global workflows
- Develop and apply data privacy and compliance rules across All global HubSpot workflows
Landing Pages & Content Hubs
- Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and resource centre using HubSpot CMS and Hubspot Content platform
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and SEO best practices are adhered to in campaigns.
Surveys & Customer Feedback
- Lead the design and deployment of NPS, CSAT, and custom research surveys.
- Analyse feedback and support the broader team with actionable insights.
- Organize and run in Hubspot global customer surveys
Templates & Infrastructure Governance
- Maintain and optimize global email and landing page templates adhering to the data processing and global privacy rules globally.
- Ensure governance, consistency, and scalability across regional and functional teams using marketing assets.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation, ideally in a SaaS, tech or cloud driven environment.
- Proven, in-depth expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub (certifications are must and ideally you have attended Hubspot Inbound).
- Strong skills in marketing automation, segmentation, campaign setup and reporting
- Experience managing webinars/live events, ideally on platforms such as Zoom, BrightTALK, or LinkedIn Live.
- Familiarity with multi-channel campaign orchestration globally.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, GDPR/compliance, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong communication and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional copywriting skills – being able to put complex narrative into digestible customer campaigns
