Job Title: Project Manager, International Services
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and strategies to expand and optimize global roaming coverage, including bilateral agreements and hub-based partnerships
- Drive end-to-end implementation of new roaming launches, overseas testing, provisioning, and commercial readiness across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage international business projects including roaming, wireless VAS, innovative business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery aligned with company objectives and customer satisfaction
- Monitor project milestones and prepare regular project updates for senior management review
- Oversee roaming operations including capacity planning, network provisioning, event handling, and roaming quality assurance
- Remain abreast of industry regulations, technological developments, and market trends to support innovative business growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in roaming, interconnect, or international carrier management
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications landscape: Roaming, Mobility, 5G, IPX, VAS, etc
- Proven track record in stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Good Command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Willing to travel as required
