­­Job Title: Product Manager

 

Job description:

The Product Manager is responsible for product management and planning of international voice and SMS services, in particular Global Inbound Services (GIS) consisting of ITFS, DID, UIFN and SIP Trunking Service; and A2P SMS and RCS services

 

Key Responsibilities

  • International voice and SMS services product management from customer enquiries to service delivery
  • Ensure customer service requirements and targets can be implemented, provisioning milestones are timely set and met, service delivery dates and KPIs can be fulfilled
  • Oversee service order processes, submission to OSS and communication with internal and external parties
  • Liaise with local and global customers directly for requirement clarifications, service testing, fault reporting, service verification and delivery
  • Liaise with local and global carriers and operators for network setup, service ordering, provisioning, testing and verification
  • Manage relationship with customers and carriers by providing regular and timely feedbacks on provisioning status and enquiries
  • Ensure clear and up-to-date inventory, service, provisioning, pricing records and other necessary service details are properly maintained to allow efficient service checking, monitoring and maintenance
  • Support contract management tasks
  • Prepare regular management and financial reports as and when required

 

Person Specifications

  • 2-5 years of working experience in international data and voice communications products
  • Good understanding of international telecom network especially SIP VoIP and SMS
  • Good understanding of local and international telecom regulatory requirements and framework an added advantage
  • Team orientated person, with a focus on international telecom business
  • Good command in oral and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with strong inter-group action and communication skills with different international groups
  • Able to commit to irregular hours to attend telephone conferences and meetings, infrequent overseas travels, as and when required
