Senior Service Operation Executive

Your role:

• Manage data and documents collection from Service Sales for the updating of systems to achieve productivity targets, and deliver excellent customer service.  Documents includes renewal contracts and customer invoices, in a timely manner
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to group purchasing department, & engineering team to improve proprietary tools and systems
• Work closely with vendors & distributors
• Oversee materials and inventory

To succeed in this role:

• Minimum 3 year sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of IT/telecommunications products and services is an advantage
• Aggressive, mature, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
