Senior Marketing Manager, DrGo

Responsibilities:

  • Position in HKT – DrGo team; reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Oversee the whole branding, marketing, eCommerce, distribution channels and business performance teams.
  • Responsible to lead the team to achieve the set annual KPIs including but not limited to DrGo registration numbers, eCommerce sales, and telemedicine sales annual sales targets. 
  • Assist CCO to drive overall business direction, business model and marketing strategy.
  • To lead digital marketing and eCommerce team to drive overall branding, digital marketing and promotion strategy, new acquisition, customer engagement, digital channel optimization and eCommerce portfolio and promotion strategy and sales channel management.
  • To lead strategic partnership to initiate winning partnership with external partners including but not limited to medical, insurance, pharmaceutical, healthtech vendors, government and NGO partners to achieve long-term business growth.
  • To work closely with internal departments including but not limited product development, IT, legal, compliance, marketing communications, customer service, sales channels and other marketing teams to ensure excellence in user experience, user interface on telemedicine App and eCommerce platforms, overall user journey, operation efficiency and complying with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • To closely monitor the performance gap of the KPIs set and take appropriate marketing and business plans proactively and responsively.
  • To keep track of up to date market intelligent and new Med Tech trend and identify new potential business potential responsively and proactively.
  • To ensure overall services and projects are well scoped and executed to achieve business results.
  • To work closely the Club and Club Care team to drive and strengthen wellness proposition for Digital Venture Group
  • To perform as people manager to coach and growth a team of 6.
  • To lead special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years work experience in marketing, business development and partnership with at least 5 years of managerial position preferably in Med Tech related industry.
  • At least 3 years of executive leadership preferred with proven track record in digital or eCommerce related digital business strategy, execution and partnership.
  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business or Healthcare-related discipline
  • Strong business acumen, strategic forward looking thinking, aggressive, responsible, analytical, detail-oriented and able to multitask under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Technology savvy, proficiency in digital marketing and eCommerce platforms.
  • Demonstrates leadership competency in team management.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
