Product Marketing Executive
Background:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our organization of Transformation & Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in driving digital transformation, organizational change and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- The role is a key member of the Transformation Office. You will be corperate with transformation office to transform and digitize of our operations, to uplift operational efficiency and deliver achievement of OpEx and EBITDA improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders including Products, IT, and all operation and service units to disrupt existing processes, drive automation, ensure alignment and prioritization of transformation initiatives and operational improvements.
- While supported by the executives and a team of transformation or change agents, you need to be ready to get into the details and review all business processes. Use data and methodologies and technologies to provide hands-on support to operating units, drive business process improvement projects and programs to achieve operational excellence.
- You will help to implement effective change management strategies and actions to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience at a consulting firm is a plus.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, operations, process improvement, analytics, project management, and/or change management
- Persistent and driven with a strong change mindset. Passionate about organizational change and improvement, expense management and delivering tangible value and results;
- Proven record of experience in data-driven process re-engineering or transformation projects.
- A good understanding of technology, market trends, and best practices in transformation and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams, as well as drive cross-functional collaboration with people at all levels in an organization.
- People-oriented, persuasive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong team player
