Job Description:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Administer the end-to-end employee lifecycle (ELC) processes, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and governance of ELC programs in SAP SuccessFactor.
  • HR Ticketing System: Manage queries through the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate HR processes and communications.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the HR team and organizational goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Payroll experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, complemented by a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Personal Attributes: Resourceful, self-motivated, and a results-driven team player.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with global HRIS and HR ticketing systems is advantageous.
