Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack PHP Developer to spearhead our development team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the development of sophisticated web applications, covering both front-end and back-end development. Your expertise in PHP and full stack development will drive the creation of dynamic, high-quality web solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Development Projects: Oversee and lead the development of full stack web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Expertise in PHP Development: Utilize advanced PHP skills to develop robust back-end functionalities. Implement best practices in PHP development to enhance application performance and security.
• Front-End Development: Lead and participate in the development of the front-end architecture. Ensure that the user interface is intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor and guide team members in best practices for full stack development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, UX/UI, and product management, to define and achieve project goals.
• Code Quality and Review: Uphold high standards of code quality and consistency by performing code reviews and promoting best practices among the team.
• Database Design and Management: Design and manage databases effectively, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• API Development and Integration: Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different software components and third-party services.
• Stay Abreast of Technology Trends: Keep updated with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development. Implement new technologies and frameworks that can benefit the project.
• Problem-Solving and Debugging: Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts. Implement solutions to complex technical issues.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning and estimation. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP.
• Deep understanding of PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with API development and RESTful services.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience in leading development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
