Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview


As a Regional Sales Manager at Console Connect, you will lead and inspire a team of dynamic Business Development Agents/Hunters focused on expanding our customer base through new customers within APAC. Your role is crucial in driving overall regional revenue growth and ensuring the success of individual team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing high-performance sales teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Provide effective leadership and direction to a team of Business Development Managers/Hunters.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Sales Performance:
    • Monitor and assess individual and team performance against targets.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Assist in complex deal negotiations and relationship management as needed.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate regular reports on regional sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 



  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of success in technology sales, with experience in digital transformation, SaaS, and telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of sales qualification methodologies ( examples MEDDIC, BANT, etc.) and their practical application.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working on sales related activities on a CRM, preferably Hubspot.
