Facilities Manager (on-site) - Immediate start available

• Leads  Facilities Staff / Team Members
• Budget, Lease, Physical Security, Capacity, Mobility, Accommodation, Business Continuity and Contract Management
• Ensures Building Code, City Ordinance/s and other Government mandated compliance
• Acts as the primary contact for any building issues (climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage, emergencies, equipment, electronic controls, circuitry and repairs)
• Coordinates with the Building’s Management in all its facilities related concerns.
• Responds to on-call facilities concerns of all departments
• Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and Contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications
• Acts  as the project coordinator for all size projects including large scale repair and New facility construction projects
• Assists with maintaining building security and immediately responds to building Emergencies on a 24-hour basis
• Prepares the Annual Maintenance budget
• Solicits bids and quotes from vendors
• Coordinates and assists with departmental and employee moves
• Conducts routine and miscellaneous inspections regarding new installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical issues and the like.
• Oversees the safe atmosphere in facility by enforcing facility and departmental policies and procedures and taking proactive approach to risk management.
• Prepares reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Attends and presents during Management meetings and similar meetings
• Other task/ functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• College / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management 
• Three (3) years’ experience in Facilities Management
• Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental regulations
• Knowledgeable in Emergency and Disaster Procedures and Policies
• Knowledgeable in Building Code compliance, Facilities and Permit/s, City Ordinances related to safety, health and business operations
• Well-versed in Technical / Engineering Operations
• Excellent CAPEX / OPEX and Stakeholder Management
• Effective Leadership, Organizational Planning, Analytical, Interpersonal, People Management, Risk Management and Decision making skills
• Good command in MS office applications
• Amenable to working shifting schedules
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
• Keen attention to details, organized and good interpersonal skills.
