Business Development Agent / Hunter
Role Overview
As a Results-Oriented Business Development Agent / Hunter at Console Connect, you will be a key player in expanding our customer base in Asia Pacific, driving revenue growth through your sales DNA and a determined mindset for deal closure. This role demands a deep understanding of digital transformation, SaaS, telecommunications and related topics, making it ideal for a tech-savvy individual. You will be working closely with customers in the APAC region, with or without global presence.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Research:
- Identify and research potential customers within the APAC region through various channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in telecommunications, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation.

Qualification:
- Apply sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, or similar frameworks to assess and qualify potential customers.
- Evaluate alignment between Console Connect's offerings and the evolving needs of APAC-based customers.

Product and Service Demonstration:
- Confidently showcase Console Connect's services and products.
- Articulate the technological advantages and value proposition to address customer requirements.

Deal Closing:
- Apply a results-oriented approach to drive the sales process from initiation to successful closure.
- Exceed sales targets by obtaining new logos and new revenue.

Documentation
- Maintain all documentation, updates and reports under the company CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in technology sales with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- TechSavvy, Strong understanding of telecommunications, SAAS, cloud, and digital transformation.
- Experience working on sales related activities on a CRM system.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A familiarity with the CRM system Hubspot would be an advantage
