Administration Executive (Manila) - Immediate start available

On-Site (We can consider implementing a hybrid work model after six months)

Level: associate or mid-senior (the team lead is a preferred choice)

We, at PCCW Global, are seeking an Administrative to join us in the Philippines. 

 

SOME OF YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Handling PEZA and Government Certificates

  • Procurement and Purchasing Management

  • Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Month-end, and Year-end Reports                                                      

  • Logistics

  • Assets Administration and Management

  • Manages Program / Campaigns Ad hoc Functions

  • Safekeeping of Confidential Documents

  • Handles SLT and OM’s PTO Tracker

  • Other ad hoc tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirements. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent        

  • Previous Administrative Background is preferred, at least 2 years

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills  

  • Excellent level of English                                                                                                         

  • Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated                                                                                                                             

  • Good interpersonal skills                                                                                                                                                               

  • A high level of judgment, advanced problem-solving techniques;                                                                                 

  • Detailed and process-oriented;                                                                                                                                             

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc)                                                                         

  • Able to work under pressure
