Summary & Overview
We are seeking Order Managers to join our global Order Management team. The team is dedicated to providing services to our customers across the Console Connect product suite. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team. The ideal candidate will manage the order process end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and timely service delivery to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of telecom and technology products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities an Order Manager is expected to assume:
- Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of orders, from order placement to delivery and activation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding order status, updates, and escalations.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to gather requirements, validate orders, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures to ensure alignment with customer expectations and company policies.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to track order submission, service/equipment delivery, and installation/activation.
- Monitor order progress and proactively identify and address potential risks & delays or bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all orders, contracts, and communications for future reference and audit purposes in our OSS/BSS tools.
- Adhere to the defined intervals for regular updates and reports on order status, performance metrics, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected of an Order Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecom, technology, or related industries, focusing on order management or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of telecom and technology products and services, including networking, cloud computing, telecommunications infrastructure, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, Google Workspace Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
