About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Console Connect, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your sales expertise and tech-savvy mindset to connect with potential customers and showcase the value of our cutting-edge Network-as-a-service. What You'll Do:

Prospecting and Research:

  • Identify and research potential customers within the UK through various channels.

  • Stay updated on industry trends in telecommunications, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation.

  • Conduct research using various sales tools (i.e. LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot)

Customer Qualification:

  • Assess and qualify leads through various sales methodologies.

  • Evaluate how Console Connect's offerings align with the evolving needs of potential customers.

Product and Service Demonstration:

  • Confidently showcase Console Connect's innovative products and services.

  • Clearly articulate the technological advantages and value propositions to meet customer requirements.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records, updates, and reports in our CRM system.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a similar industry (Tech/ IT/ SaaS/ Telecom)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proven track record in technology sales, with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation.

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
