PCCW Global is looking for a full-time, permanent Solutions Consultant in our Global team to actively drive and manage the solution development at different pre/post stages of the sales process and to ensure delivery of creative, high quality solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Work in conjunction with the sales teams, technical teams, internal and/or external, as the solution and documentation owner for customers
• Plan, design and build standard solutions, bridging the customer’s business needs to PCCW products and services
• Deliver customized, high quality, professional solution presentations, and communicate benefits to customers at all levels
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
• Responsible for monitoring of the support industry technology needs and service trends
• Provide cross function and cross region support to Enterprise/Wholesale presales for global / regional network requirements
• Assist Bid team to complete formal RFP response for customers’ data network projects and /or IT infrastructure projects, including Cloud, International Leased Circuits, layer 2 and layer 3 MPLS network, and Value Added Solutions (Mobility, Security, Digital Solutions) 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in relevant network and telecommunication solution design position.
• Experience and strong understanding of various types of LAN and WAN technologies, e.g. TCP-IP, MPLS, VPLS and Layer-2 Services such as Spanning Tree and Ethernet, IPLC and ATM/FR, routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Experience in dealing with large international RFPs (Bid team) is a plus
• Creativity approach to build new solutions
• Knowledge of and experience with WAN and LAN CPE
• Experience and familiarity with network planning, design and operation on large data network
• Knowledge in relevant technology trends and outlooks like SD WAN, Portals, CRMs.
• Experience using collaboration tools, e.g. Jira, Slack, Trello and Google Worksheets is a plus
• Knowledge in network operation, IT and/or support environment is a plus
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is a plus
• Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) is a plus
• SAFe knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and another major European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
