Channel Marketing Manager

Console Connect is a fast-growing B2B technology business that enables users to self-provision direct and fast connectivity between data centres, clouds, SaaS and other business partners, using our own high-performance global network. We are now looking for a highly talented and ambitious Channel Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and drive significant growth in indirect channels.


Reporting to the AVP, Channel Marketing you will work directly with our ecosystem of channel partners to build and scale new marketing programs and strategy and drive new business, including promotional campaigns, demand generation programs, partner enablement and develop the GTM proposition of new partnerships.


This role forms an important part of our growing Channel Marketing team and is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up marketing environment and make your mark in this fast growing and award-winning organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the channel sales and marketing team members to drive and execute partner marketing activities.
  • Work together with external stakeholders at marketing agencies and our channel partners as your extended team to co-market Console Connect solutions to partners and their target audience.
  • Implement demand generation strategies designed to drive new opportunities into the pipeline, leveraging Console Connect marketing platforms.
  • Key member of virtual and cross-functional teams to deliver collaborative solutions for GTM proposition, business growth and new channel on boarding.
  • Work closely with the marketing communications, content, event and demand generation teams to develop innovative global marketing engagement plans in line with global, regional and vertical strategy.
  • Track and measure ROI from channel marketing programs, promotional campaigns and co-marketing activities to align with partnership goals.
  • On board new and cultivate existing partner relationships across our portfolio of partners including Cloud and SaaS Technology players, MSP/SI’s, Data Centres and Agents
  • Establish an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, building strong connections and trust.
  • Contribute your expertise in Channel to grow the teams knowledge base and drive the PartnerConnect programme forward.

 

About you:

  • 5 years of marketing and channel experience gained in the B2B technology sector. 
  • Experience in partner management, events, campaign management and digital marketing including knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Excellent marketing planning and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Creative, structured, problem solver with excellent verbal communication skills who’s able to build collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Strong abilities in building and developing relationships to drive marketing planning and execution with key partners as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work internationally across multiple cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Willing and able to travel including occasional international travel.
