About the role:
PCCW Global is looking for an ambitious enterprise sales representative for the UK & Ireland region to be based in London. The role is a combination of hunting new business and account management of existing professional services clients. The desired candidate will have at least 2 years relevant sales experience and also possess a strong drive and ability to work independently and proactively with a proven successful track record.
Responsibilities and Additional Requirements include:
- Secure contracts to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
- Create and maintain solid working relationships and develop and grow long-term business within key customer accounts
- Identify and then onboard new customers using various methods such as cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and social media face-to-face.
- Respond to RFPs, and make compelling business cases to secure additional business
- Understand client needs and tailor custom solutions through consultative selling
- Maintain a high level of relevant technical knowledge and understanding of service offering.
- Effective management of client and internal expectations
- Make compelling presentations to senior managers and decision-makers
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
- Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis and provide forecasts on best-case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
