As we continue to expand and invest in digital automation and innovation, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admin to support our Senior VP in driving and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of Digital Automated Innovation, providing administrative support to facilitate and execute strategic initiatives in digital automation and innovation.

  • Assist in coordinating new digital innovation projects, including research, analysis, and implementation of emerging technologies.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams engaged in digital automation initiatives.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital innovation landscape.

  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of digital innovation roadmaps and project plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, conveying insights and progress updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital automation projects.

  • Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, supporting senior executives in digital innovation or technology-driven organizations.

  • Solid understanding of digital automation, emerging technologies, and their potential impact on businesses.

  • Excellent administrative and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong presentation skills & PowerPoint skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in administrative tasks.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in the telecommunications or networking industry is a plus.
