Assistant Engineer, Network Operation Center
Your Role
- Manage Key Service Indicator (KSI) for broadband, data and voice service for continuous improvement
- Manage and drive down the complaint cases related to service and network
- Manage broadband, data and voice faults data mining
- Lead and drive the broadband,data and voice service improvement projects
- Lead and drive the process improvement projects through digital transformation (e.g. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI tools)
- Prepare the management reports with trend / analysis to support the management presentation
To Succeed in the Role
- Higher Diploma holder or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Information Technology Engineering or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ working experience
- Knowledge in Telecommunication Services, Service Provisioning system and operation system of the Company.
- Strong and sound experiences in MS Excel and Powerpoint, pivot tables, and graphing data.
- Good interpersonal, communication and basic supervisory skill.
- Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently.
- Need to work out-of-office hours and may carry out call-out duty occasionally.
- Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
