Technical Officer

 Your Role

• Carry out network surveillance for Voice, Broadband, Data and Cloud platforms
• Support impact analysis, troubleshooting and restoration actions to resume service
• Support network incident management and escalate to supervisory team
• Attend shift duty to support 7 x 24 hrs center operation with shift allowance

To Succeed in the Role

• Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese  

Referral Bonus Amount

HK$8,000

Referral Bonus Payment

• The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the Global Staff Referral Program - Scheme Paper
• The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 3 months

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 6 months
