Web3 Solutions Developer / Project Leader

Your role:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to conceptualize and design AI-driven and Web3-enabled solutions.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and full-scale applications using AI frameworks, smart contracts, and decentralized platforms.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing telecom services.
• Implement machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics, network optimization, and personalized customer interactions.
• Explore Web3 technologies, including blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), and tokenization.
• Collaborate with blockchain developers to create secure and scalable solutions for our network and services.
• Engage with internal teams to share insights, best practices, and emerging trends in AI and Web3.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement robust security measures for AI and blockchain applications.
• Lead PoC initiatives to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of AI and Web3 concepts.
• Evaluate technical risks and provide recommendations for scaling successful PoCs.
   

  To succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ≥ 8 years hands-on experience in AI development, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Solidity, or JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
