Vice President, Roaming and eSIM Business Development

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Roaming and eSIM Business Development to lead our initiatives in the mobility sector, focusing on the expansion and integration of eSIM technology. This role will involve strategic planning, partnership development, and market analysis to enhance our competitive edge in the fast-evolving landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for Roaming and eSIM solutions that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the mobility and eSIM markets.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with mobile network operators, device manufacturers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and achieving revenue targets.
  • Product Development: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to guide the development of cutting-edge mobility and eSIM products that meet market needs.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards relevant to mobility and eSIM technologies, coordinating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product management in the telecommunications or technology industries, with a focus on mobility and eSIM.
  • Deep understanding of Roaming, mobility solutions and eSIM technology.
  • Proven ability to build successful partnerships and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
