Unit Manager

Your Role:

• Lead and manage the contractor operations management teams, ensuring their high performance by establishing and enforcing quality guidelines
• Provide support to daily field services operations and enhance contractor service performance
• Conduct analysis and statistics of quality objectives to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure field installation and maintenance activities are efficiently carried out by contractors, meeting the expectations of customers and the company's targets
• Manage contractors comply with the defined working procedures outlined in the Quality Management System of Field & Centre Operation
• Monitor and control service performance of field contractors, liaise with internal working partners to ensure smooth and seamless service support
• Identify potential operational needs within the MIS and be responsible for driving its development and implementation
• Collect customers’ feedback on contractors, monitor service performance and drive for improvement
• Ensure the operation logistics and contractors productivity are properly maintained and constantly improved within approved budget
• Streamline workflows and employ effective techniques to improve service quality, address non-conformities, and achieve the defined objectives and company standard

To succeed to this role: 

• Degree Holder with minimum 5 years’ working experience in related field  
• Good management skills and experienced in field operation, solid administrative ability. 
• Good leadership skills and experienced in field operation and contractor management operation. 
• Strong sense of innovative and adaptability to meet with Company’s business need 
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills with strong desire in best delivering quality services, customer experience and achieving high standard of service targets.
