Unit Manager

Your role:

• Lead the field operation teams to provide effective and efficient service provision and maintenance works at dedicated areas
• Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure the assigned jobs/projects are comply with existing workflow and guideline
• Drive quality of work and customer excellence to achieve customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control field operation performance to meet performance targets and meet KPI targets
• Coordinate with various regional outside plant teams and contractors to deliver project targets and goals
• Provide service reports to internal parties and review the process with relevant parties if necessary
• Offer training, coaching, and briefings to staff on new products/services Ensure effective logistic and system support for new product and service rollouts
• Analyze user requirements and raise request to enhance support system as required
• Provide analysis and statistics report for process improvement or re-engineering when necessary
• Identify potential business, operational needs and establish action plans for implementation
• Perform ad-hoc project assignment and act as session head to perform teams’ management when required

To succeed in this role:

• Degree Holder with minimum 2 years working experience in related field; or Higher Certificate or equivalent with minimum 6 years working experience in related field; or secondary school graduate with minimum 10 years working experience in related field
• Technical know-how in several professional areas in field operation and service management work practices and procedures
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and adaptable to changes in meeting Company’s business needs under a competitive environment
• Experience in dealing with Incorporated owners’ Committee (IOC) and Business Management office (BMO) is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
