Training Manager
Your Role

This role combines traditional training management responsiblities with advanced data-driven insights., focusing on extracting, analyzing, and visualizing training data from HR Connect, Jira and other platforms (SAFe, Coursera).

Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports on Google Looker Studio, delivering actionable reports to improve training effectiveness, compliance and decision making.
To Succeed in this Role

At least 5-7 years of experience in Training Management or related roles.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization, specifically in Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).

Proven experience extracting and analyzing data from HR systems/ LMS platform (eg HR Connect, SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone or similar) and ticketing/project tools such as JIRA.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, query functions) and SQL for data querying (preferred)

Knowledge of Telecom or Technology industry would be a bonus.
