Training Manager

Your Role

• This role combines traditional training management responsiblities with advanced data-driven insights., focusing on extracting, analyzing, and visualizing training data from HR Connect, Jira and other platforms (SAFe, Coursera).

• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports on Google Looker Studio, delivering actionable reports to improve training effectiveness, compliance and decision making. 

To Succeed in this Role

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Training Management or related roles.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization, specifically in Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio). 

• Proven experience extracting and analyzing data from HR systems/ LMS platform (eg HR Connect, SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone or similar) and ticketing/project tools such as JIRA. 

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, query functions) and SQL for data querying (preferred)

• Knowledge of Telecom or Technology industry would be a bonus.
