Training Executive

Your role

• Assist to design, develop and deliver training programs to our frontline sales staff of mobile business
• Perform video shooting and editing
• Present and demonstrate products sales techniques to our frontline sales staff
• Coordinate cross-team and/or cross-department activities
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects

To succeed in this role

• Diploma or above or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in telecommunications/ FMCG industry
• Hands on experience in soft skill training is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong and responsible team player who is proactive and agile with "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced market environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Shift duty is required from Monday to Friday
