Training Executive

Your Role
•     Design and deliver engaging training through classroom workshops, virtual sessions, and video-based modules.
•     Develop and maintain high-quality materials (slides, playbooks, digital job aids, quick reference guides).
•     Produce learning videos—from filming and editing to creating engaging, story-driven content.
•     Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, and participant management.
•     Partner with key stakeholders to assess training needs and co-deliver relevant sessions.
•     Measure and report on training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
•     Continuously enhance content based on feedback, business changes, and performance insights.
 
To succeed in this Role
•     Higher Diploma graduate in Business Administration, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
•     Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
•     Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
•     Confident communicator capable of engaging diverse audiences.
•     Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
•     Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and propose targeted learning solutions.
•     Hands-on experience in video production (filming and editing) with a creative storytelling approach.
•     Familiarity with social media or digital content creation (a personal portfolio is an advantage).
•     Strong understanding of frontline sales operations and in-store challenges.
•     Interest in, or experience using, AI tools for training development and content creation.
