Training Officer, Company Award and Mystery Shopper Program
Your role
- Assist to delivery the soft skills training to our frontline sales of mobile business
- Support the participation of various internal and external company awards
- Manage the Mystery Shopper Program and support the functions of service excellence culture and making sure standard and practices are aligned
- Prepare training report analysis and keep all training records up-to-date
- Coordinate cross teams and/or departmental activities
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
To succeed in this role
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in Telecommunications/ Retail industry
- Strong and responsible team player who is proactive and agile with the "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced market environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
Working Location: Tuen Mun or Quarry Bay (Flexible Working Location)
