Technical Support Officer

Position Description

We are seeking high-caliber IT talents to join us providing quality Support Services to the TV Broadcasting industry. The successful candidate will coordinate with Infrastructure team to solve user issues over call, email & alert.

Job Responsibilities

● Provide daily remote and onsite support services and solutions on hardware, software and networking related issues to end users

● Support in the set-up of video conferences and remote conference tools

● Keep track of IT inventory and maintain proper documentation

● Maintain a stable desktop infrastructure and deliver consistency IT services

● Other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

● Diploma or above in I.T. or related disciplines

● Minimum 1 year of IT support-related experience

● Hand-on experience in trouble-shooting PC, LAN, and Internet problems

● Knowledge in Microsoft Office application, Adobe, Zoom and other widely used office software

● Initiative, responsible and strong communication and problem solving skills

● Well organized, self-disciplined, independent but with a good team spirit
