Technical Officer

Your role:

Carry out field installation/ maintenance services for on-street Parking Meters
Follow procedures as documented in the Quality Management System
Ensure the service meets customer’s requirement and Company standard, also collect customer’s feedback to field supervisor for improvement actions
Liaise with other internal working parties to solve any problems during service provision
Assist the depot / workshop in carrying out service orders / reports or store activities when required
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

To succeed in this role:

Form 5/ DSE graduated or equivalent education
Possess driving license will be an advantage
Experience in fiber optic and Wi-Fi services will be an advantage
Knowledge in telecommunication services is preferred
Customer-focused, independent with good problem-solving skill
Shift duty is required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technician
