Job Scopes

• Supports all branch deskside equipment, including teller terminals, server racks, and power supplies (UPS/MCB).

• Performs remote hands hardware diagnosis, UPS health checks, server rack preventive maintenance, and branch relocation services.

Job Requirement

- Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service or branch infrastructure support.

- Experience with hardware diagnosis, teller terminals, basic server rack maintenance, and UPS/MCB health checks.

- Must provide on-site support and equipment delivery services, requiring flexibility for travel.

- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

- Working Windows: Mon – Fri, 08:00 - 19:00; Sat, 08:00 - 14:00

- Working Location: Customer Office
