Job Scopes

• Proactively fulfills IT service requests and resolves incidents for all VIP staff.

• Provides preparation, rehearsal, and standby support for VIP meetings and video conferences.

• Builds and maintains separate device profiles for VIPs.

Job Requirement

 Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

- 3-5 years of IT support experience, focusing on VIPs or C-level executives.

- Strong proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and VIP device profile maintenance.

- Expertise in Video conference setup and standby support.

- High level of professionalism; willingness to handle non-VIP tasks on a shared resource basis.

- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

- Working Windows: Mon – Fri, 08:00 - 19:00; Sat, 08:00 - 14:00

- Working Location: Customer Office
