Technical Officer

Your Role

• Carry out network configuration update and checking on service provision and restoration process for Broadband, Data, or Cloud platforms
• co-operate with the different operation and support teams on daily operations 
• Participate in network expansions and migration
• Attend Shift-duty in Operation Center and carry out emergency duties and ad hoc tasks

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree Holder in Computer / Information Technology / Engineering or related disciplines
• Higher Diploma in Computer / Information Technology / Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience; or Diploma with 4 years’ relevant experience
• Holder of transmission/data equipment certified qualification (e.g. Sun Certified Admin, JNCIA, CCNA, CCNP) is advanced
• Technical and practical knowledge in Networking, SDWAN or Cloud technologies
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Technician
