Technical Officer (Building Services)

Your Role

• Provide full technical support on various building services systems to the teams and external customers
• Responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality, performance and reliability of the systems as well as monitoring building services systems in terms of installation, operations and maintenance
• Supervision of contractors’ work  

To Succeed in the Role

• Certificate or above in building services / electrical / Mechanical engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in repairs, maintenance and installation of E&M facilities or Building Maintenance
• Familiar with the relevant local regulations and code of practice
• Good technical knowledge in with various E&M system, especially standby generator system, UPS, chiller system, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate of Grade A (grade B or above is preferable)
• Holder of HK driving license is preferable
